Becky has written numerous animation and live action shows for children of all ages, and enjoys nothing more than finding the heart and humour in a story! She is currently working on several pilot scripts and bibles, head-writing a new show for CBeebies and creating short animations teaching English to Chinese pre-schoolers. Some of her favourite projects to date include: developing new stories, locations and characters for Thomas and Friends, heading up the writing teams for Justin's House, Spot Bots, Biggleton (CBeebies), Treasure Champs (3 Arrows Media), and writing episodes of Biff, Chip & Kipper, JoJo & Gran Gran, Something Special, Swashbuckle, Stargazing, Bitz and Bob (Cbeebies), Miffy's Adventures Big and Small (Blue Zoo/Merci BV), Best Bugs Forever (Disney XD), Little Roy (Jam Media), Kuu Kuu Harajuku and Shezow (Moody St Kids).

Becky studied at Manchester University and the Purcell School of Music before becoming a producer in fringe theatre, and local radio. She worked for various television companies including Channel 4, and then for GMTV Kids/Citv, where she developed new programming and produced the popular Up On The Roof and Toonattik. Becky has two children of her own to write stories for.
