Davey Moore
Davey started his career with Ragdoll Productions before moving to BBC Worldwide for the publishing launch of Teletubbies. He later joined the team behind the award-winning, preschool series Balamory at BBC Scotland and, since then, has scripted hundreds of episodes of children's programmes.
In 2011 he was nominated for a Writer's Guild Award for his work on Rastamouse and in 2017 he was nominated for an Annie for Best Writing on the series Puffin Rock. Davey was on the writing team for Thomas & Friends for eight consecutive series, writing 50 episodes.
As a Development Producer Davey has helped bring ideas to screen for Cartoon Saloon, Moonbug, CBeebies, Chapman Entertainment, LEGO, Lime Pictures, ReCircle, Sprout and Zodiak Kids. Having steered the show through the development process, Davey was the Story Editor for Tinpo for CBeebies and wrote over 40 episodes.
Davey is currently writing for a new show TBA for Sky Kids, as well as writing scripts for a new animated action-comedy for Disney and Series 2 of 123 Number Squad!
